Perform full project consulting services required for the preparation of drawings and specifications for floors 16 through to 20 as well as the services associated with construction implementation of defined upgrades to floors 16 and 20.
Upgrades to Include:

Demolition of existing offices within each of the assigned floors.
Rebuilding of offices and walls.
Electrical, mechanical and life safety upgrades and modifications.
Repairs to walls, existing flooring.
Painting of entire floor areas and offices.
Upgrades to existing kitchenettes and print rooms.
