Description

BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“WSI”) is inviting qualified Consulting firms to provide proposals for the provision of consulting services for Completion of Design, Tender documents, Construction Administration and Close Out for Tenant Improvements and Energy Retrofits for Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) – 280A 3rd Ave. Williams Lake, BC. WSI is delivering this project on behalf of the Real Property Division (RPD), a division of Shared Services BC within the Ministry of Citizen Services’.

The successful Proponent in this Proposal call (the Consultant) will act as “Prime Consultant” and provide a team who can provide all required services and complete the assignment within the specified timeframe and budget. The proposed team will include, as a minimum, the following consulting disciplines:

- Architectural / Interior Design / Graphics Design
- Structural Engineer
- Building Envelope / Building sciences / RCABC Roof Consultant
- Mechanical – including DDC Building controls
- Energy Modeling specialist
- Electrical including IT, Security, card access and Fire Alarm
- Cost Consultant / QS
- Acoustical Consultant

The Consultant will provide a dedicated Managing Consultant for the duration of the assignment whose role will be to direct, coordinate, and ensure completion of all activities.

Either a Certificate of Insurance or a letter rom the Proponent's insurance company confirming the Proponent's ability to obtain the required insurances is required.
