Respondent(s) who had pre-registered must attend a mandatory site visit. The Respondent is requested to meet Greg Howlett (613-709-7480) at Guard House 1 (see site map). Respondent(s) will require a photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory on site Visit Attendance Sheet. All personnel coming on site must have reliability clearance.

The following PPE must be worn:
1.     Hard hat
2.     Safety glasses
3.     6 inch high steal toe boots (Green triangle tag)
4.     High visibility safety vest
5.     Long pants and sleeved shirt no dresses/shorts
6.     No cut off shirts
