THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS​​​​​​​

Work of this Contract covers all the noted construction works associated with the excavation, saw cutting and patching of concrete wall, water proofing of existing concrete foundation, backfill and landscaping reinstatement of a portion of the RCMP Building located 450 University Avenue, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Demolition work is to include, but not necessarily be limited to, removal of existing site landscaping items such as curbs, grass, asphalt, and soils as noted within the area of work. Renovation work is to include, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply and installation of new air SBS flexible membrane waterproofing system for the exterior of a concrete foundation wall, backfilling with new gravels, reinstatement of all removed site landscaping items such as curbs, grass, asphalt and soils. Vendors are to include all necessary underground locates in their bid price.
