Building: Sudbury Taxation Center, 1050 Notre Dame Avenue, Sudbury               

Scope of work:

 

1. Supplier to supply and deliver an Electric UTV (side by side) to 1050 Notre Dame Ave.
2. Electric UTV to be outfitted/equipped for use during the winter, including insulated doors, roof and proper glass windows.
3. Electric UTV to include a dump bed.
4. Work to be completed during regular operating hours.
5. BGIS staff to confirm/verify upon completion.
6. All Contractors and Subcontractors are to have appropriate security clearances prior to starting work.
7. Any additional work not outlined in the scope above is not to proceed without written permission by Property Manager. Additional work not approved will be covered at the supplier’s expense.
8. All garbage and debris to be removed off site daily by supplier
9. All work to completed as per applicable codes
10. Contractor is to abide by all BGIS Health & Safety policies and procedures.
11. Contractor is to maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the duration of the project
12. The contractor is to sign in and out of the contractor logbook each day.
