Scope of Work/Overview:
Provide a Base Bid Price to repair water saturated roofing material and surrounding sheet metal siding (for Roof Section 30, approx. 1,000 sq.ft.) at the Taxation Data Centre, located at 1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury ON.
Refer to consultant generated specifications for further detailed scope of work.

Addendum #2
The following amendment to the Contractor Invitation to Tender documents is considered to form part of the
Contractor ITT document and/or the resulting Agreement, if any.
No consideration will be given for extras and/or changes due to the Supplier not being familiar with the contents
of this Addendum.
Clarification:
1) For work requiring craning of material (i.e. metal siding), this work will be required for
AFTERHOURS (Saturday after 4pm, or Sunday ALL DAY). ‘
2) Existing bird netting over the cooling tower roofing area will be required to be removed
temporarily during the work/brining in metal panels from the crane. The successful
contractor will be responsible for re-attaching the netting upon completion.
3) Existing units on the roof will remain, including penetrations into the building itself.
Successful contractor is expected to work around existing roof penetrations.
4) Please refer to the attached Stipulated Sum Pricing Bid Form (APPENDIX C) for use in
submitting pricing proposal. *NOTE, the total on the Bid Form MUST match the amount
submitted in Merx.
