1. Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec on the 2nd floor at the commissionaire’s desk, (top of the escalator on the floor above the Tim Horton’s)
  
  Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Amendment.
  
  All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots & hard hats. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

4. Training certificate for working at Heights and/or Fall Arrest
