Description

Brickwork including the removal and reconstruction of brick veneer, installation of new control joints, repointing of select brick areas and the removal and disposal of damaged bricks.
The removal and replacement of metal window sill flashing.
The removal of rust, cleaning, priming and painting of two (2) overhead door frames.
The cleaning, priming and painting of window and door frames as well as lintels.
Removal and re-caulking of windows and doors and all other exterior wall penetrations and joints.
