Description

Refer to project plans and specifications for specific scope.
Work Covered, but not limited to;
Fullarton side: Removal of existing door and hardware and retain it for re use, Cleaning the frame in place, remove all damaged grout, provide new grouting system and seal all the frame openings, Provide new attachment into the existing sub frame and re-attach the door frame, Seal all openings and provide screws where required. Removal of existing damaged flooring, and concrete, Install new concrete, request a humidity test and supply and install new terrazzo flooring in a manner of creating an accent on the floor. Provide a new thermal break, with threshold installation.

Rear / Staff Entry: Summary – New door, frame, hardware, card reader, operator, and all associated work to complete with acceptable normal function.

Ensure secure hoarding and enclosure of work area / door openings at all times. Public access through either door is not permitted at any time.
