Description

Substantial Performance of the Work is proposed to be 30 day of September, 2019

The project includes, but is not limited to: To complete the Replacement of 2 condensers with new that operates with R410A refrigerant and install ducting with VAV type dampers (controlled by DDC) for two conference rooms. Replacement of 1 RTU with a standard type furnace with split A/C system. Replace existing hot water tank. Install gravity dampers. Upgrade existing parking lot receptacles of the FLNRO building located at Real Property Division (RPD), Ministry of Citizens’ Services, 3793 Alfred Ave, Smithers, BC

The intent of this bid call is for BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“BGIS WSI”) to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested and qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required to complete the work for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
