GOC375787-CT-LUS - Contractor - Remove Dock Scissor Lift and Loading Dock Reconstruction

Provide all materials, equipment, accessories, consumables and labour required to meet the intent of the design as indicated on the drawings, as described in the specifications and as required to complete the removal of the mechanical scissor lift and replacement with a fixed loading dock while maintaining the heritage character aspects of the building.
 
The following paragraph generally describes the scope of work. Refer to drawings for detailed scope of work. 
1. Demolish, remove and dispose of hydraulic dock lift, bollards, concrete pad, rails / guards etc.
2. Supply and install new fixed loading dock consistent with existing dock using cast-in-place concrete walls, deck, stairs, railings, bumpers, etc. The reconstruction works of the new, fixed loading dock will generally match the previous reconstruction work done to the existing loading dock, as given by the as-built drawings for the facility.
3. Restore all disturbed areas including new asphalt pavement at the base of the loading dock.
