Description

Refer to project plans and specifications for specific scope.
Work included, but not limited to:
New hanger roof de-icing system including but not limited to de-icing cables; controls, 5x new breakers in existing panel, branch wiring, all other required work and as indicated on drawings and specified; New roof gutters and drainage as detailed; New caulking and sealing as detailed; Removal of existing hanger roof gutter de-icing system cablings, controls, branch wiring, eaves gutter trough, down spouts and all associated fittings, piping, control, connections & wiring. Make good all existing conditions; Modify and add new branch wiring from existing branch power panel; All work to be done during quiet hours and not impede hanger operations; Complete systems testing, verification and commissioning.

Event Note

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.`

Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.

In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
