BIDDERS: Please RSVP to procurement to register for the MANDATORY site visit.

THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

In general, work under this contract consist of:

.1 Replacement of the existing electric humidification steam boiler in the ground floor mechanical room with a new equivalent boiler.
.2 Steam and water distribution piping are to remain. Contractor to make all pipe disconnections and reconnections as required at the boiler.
.3 Recalibration of all existing DDC sensors related to the humidification system.
.4 Removal and replacement of the electrical power supply.
.5 Existing stainless-steel steam piping shall be inspected externally and internally, and pressure tested to verify the integrity of existing piping and joints.
