Description

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the fan motor replacement project as indicated in Attachment 02 – Specifications and Drawings.

Work involves, but is not limited to, the following:

Supply and install materials for new motor.
Relocate existing disconnect switch for AHU-1 supply fan.
Remove existing spare motor on pallet in mechanical room.
Relocate existing AHU-1 fan motor to be placed on pallet, shrink wrapped and retained on site in the mechanical room as back-up.
