GOC754596-CS - Design to Provide Replacement of Building Automated Control Systems

This project is for the design to provide new software to support 1000 devices, operator workstation and labour to set up the system which will be required before we proceed with the upgrades to controllers. Upgrade will be minimized to essential controllers required to be replaced. Replace all obsolete Programmable Control Units with new units to interface with new front system. New units must be capable of interfacing with existing system connect end to these PCUs. All existing VAV controllers will remain. The VAV’s will be channeled to a new control module with software to convert proprietary controllers to be read through BACnet protocol. Systems controlled by PCUs including, Air Handlers, dampers, heating systems, Cooling Tower, Chiller, lighting and various sub-components of these systems. Detailed network of control points will be provided from existing system and other data from existing system.
