36872 - Constuction Manager for Carling Campus

Brookfield Johnson Controls Canada LP (BJCC) is initiating a process to pre-qualify Construction Management firms for retrofit work required to accommodate the Department of National Defence (DND) at the former Nortel Campus on Carling Avenue in Ottawa, Canada.  The project is referred to as the Carling Campus Project (CCP). The two-staged process is comprised of this RFPQ, and an RFP which shall be issued to a short list of Proponents that qualify under this RFPQ.
 
This document defines the requirements for the prequalification of Construction Managers for this work.
Interested Construction Managers are required to respond to this Request for Pre-Qualification. Only those Construction Managers considered by BJCC to meet the prequalification requirements as defined in this document will be invited to submit competitive proposals for this work during the RFP Phase of the solicitation.
