GOC1591535-CT - Investigate and Correct Terracotta Failure in Stairwells

Assess and remove loose terracotta partition walls in stairwells at 875 Heron Road. The front face of the top two courses of infill terracotta wall de-bonded and fell into a stairwell (D1). Other stairwells are exhibiting cracking and evidence of similar de-bonding. Assess the condition of all terracotta walls in the stairwells for evidence of de-bonding via sounding (or another effective method). Remove any terracotta which is exhibiting signs of de-bonding and seal the affected areas and replace with new wall finish. A DSR is to be consulted before any removal of material.
