PWG2207097 - Gym Changing Room/Shower Repairs

The intent of the project is to engage a consultant to review and design modifications required to the two Gym change rooms (Men’s and Women’s) in Building 6.  Repairs that are required but not limited to the flooring, shower heads, damaged caulking and drains. The client is also currently experiencing some pest control issues ( fruit flies in the drainage system). The consultant is required to do a full investigation on the exhaust system in these areas as there is very high humidity and does not seem to be venting properly or have enough ventilation for this area. Investigation should include a review of the existing fans to confirm that they are sized appropriately, being controlled correctly and operating correctly (confirm flow).  Integrity of ductwork run / sizing should be considered as a possible source of under ventilation. For any solution that alters systems that use energy, the impact on energy ($, kW, kWh, GJ) needs to be assessed. A full Energy consumption must be considered when reviewing all potential options:
