        1. Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.5 for the RFP. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the CD Howe 240 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
        2. Proponents will be notified by Addenda of any changes to the date of the site visit.
        3. No PPE will be required during the job showing.
        4. Proponents are expected to carefully examine the site, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their fee proposal all costs required to meet the terms of the Contract.
