Description

BGIS is seeking construction management services for the demolition and fit-up of floors 2,3 and 4 of Block E of the LaSalle Building 373 Sussex Drive Ottawa, On. This project will be referred to as LaSalle Block E- Fit Up for the remainder of the document.

Interior office space fit up of the LaSalle Block E floors 2, 3 and 4. This is to follow the Government of Canada GCworkplace fit up standards/guidelines. The space is to be utilized as swing space for the client Canadian School of Public Service (CSPS).

Proponents are advised there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.6 above. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the LaSalle Academy at 373 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats and safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Proponents are expected to carefully examine the site at which the services and/or deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their fee proposal all costs required to meet the terms of the Contract.
