Statement of Work/Overview:

Replace five broken glazing units, including two broken spandrel panels, in the office tower (on levels 5, 7 & 10). Tower glazing should be heat strengthened or tempered depending on location and code requirements to mitigate thermal stress cracking.
Replace all glazing units at the pedway. (total of 28 windows)

Replace one broken window on the ground level near SW corner. Ground floor window should be tempered glass for both lites for safety and security.
