Remove and relocate the 5 open workstations from the centre of the South Wing to the front office area on the 3rd floor and install two new enclosed offices with support workstations in the center of the South Wing. The net increase to seating capacity will be 2. The consultant will provide plans for partitions, electrical service and recommendations as to whether or not the current electrical can support the newly installed offices and workstations. The consultant to provide recommendations as to whether or not existing HVAC is adequate for the 2 new office enclosures, egress, life safety system ( sprinklers and P.A speakers). * Construction costs do not include workstations.
