The scope of the work includes but is not limited to:
- Expand Kitchenette Area on the 3rd floor and seating area
- Install and supply new Kitchen Millwork cabinets and counter including space for new appliances
- Build new walls to semi enclose the Kitchenette area from the office space
- Change the flooring in the Kitchen area and the collaborative seating area
