Description

Substantial Performance of the Work is proposed to be 15th day of January, 2020.

The intent of this bid call is for BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“BGIS WSI”) to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested and qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required to complete renovation of existing space located at Real Property Division (RPD), Ministry of Citizens’ Services, 333 Victoria Street, Nelson BC V1L 1N2 for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A qualified party is a company capable of performing all requirements of a CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 version, Supplements thereof, 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds and in compliance with “Instructions to Bidders” issued with the Tender Documents.
