GOC2401190-CS - 9th Floor - Refit Space to Accept 3 training Rooms - 25 Eddy

The project generally consist in the partial refit of 25 Eddy (Tower 100A) 9th floor INAC space.
The fitup requirements for the space include:
-Training rooms/classrooms,
-Open space workstations area,
-Collaborative working area,
-Quiet room,
-Support spaces (printing and storage rooms).
The scope of work shall generally include but not limited to:
-Modifications to the fire protection sprinkler head installation locations to suit new walls and partitions layout (if required to meet NFPA 13 standards requirements).
-Modifications to the fire alarm audible signal devices, as applicable, to suit new walls and partitions layout (if required to meet the audibility requirements).
-Modifications to the HVAC system and replacement of equipment/components including ductwork, outdoor air supply, VAV or FPVAV terminal units, Terminal units controllers, sensors, operation parameters (VFD and static pressure), Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB).
-Modifications to the electrical power distribution system to provide electrical service to the rooms receptacles and workstations.
-Installation of conduits for training rooms and workstations IT requirements.
-Modifications to the space lighting and lighting controls.
Considerations:
-Temporary walls installation/construction will need to be completed during construction work. The requirement is for a physical separation of the classroom and the construction site to allow use of classrooms.
-The zones ventilation requirements of all affected HVAC systems by the fitup project will need to be evaluated and modified to suit the projected occupancy levels. The Project is to be done in 2 Phases to allow client personnel to be able to work while construction takes place.
