Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
The storm water drainage system has major signs of blockage and scaling. The project scope is to clean the
entire storm water drainage system in order to provide a functioning system. Furthermore, some of the
drains around the podium roof have frozen and will need repaired immediately before the corrosion spreads
further. After a thorough cleaning of the system, the system will be re‐inspected with a camera. The postcleaning
CCTV inspection is to evaluate the remaining pipes that were not inspected due to blockage. It will
also permit to estimate the remaining life of the system in order to plan a budget for future repairs or
replacement.
