Description

To complete the re-lamping of all corridor lighting (4 Floors) and adding lighting controls. This is a 1 to 1 lamp replacement so will not require new fixtures. Controls to be upgraded.

The intent of this bid call is for BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“BGIS WSI” to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested or qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A qualified party is a company capable of performing all requirements of a CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 version, Supplements thereof, 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds and in compliance with “Instructions to Bidders” issued with the Tender Documents.

Security Clearance Requirements
Workers must submit a criminal record check in order to work in the building. The proper criminal record check must done through the approved government process: RCMP or City/Municipal Police.

These must be submitted before access to 4000 Seymour Place will be granted.
