Consulting Phase
The proposed scope of work is as follows:
1. Replace vinyl flooring tiles and baseboards throughout the building.
2. Painting including walls, doors and frames where necessary.
3. Address soundproofing issue in soft interview room (front of detachment).
4. Replace windows and trims throughout the building (ensure insulation requirements are met).
Replaced vertical blinds with dual roll-down blind.
5. Investigate and provide solution for thermal loss in old converted garage space. (between officer
bullpen and secure garage bay). Room 141.
6. Renovate washrooms for space optimization to increase footprint and comply with accessibility
requirements and codes.
