GOC2335668-CT - Reconfiguration of 8th Floor

Scope of work is to build 2 new quiet rooms and 2 new meeting rooms with glass partition with new window film, type of film be determine. Glass doors (to match SAT ‐ 09 existing meeting and quiet rooms). These rooms will require to be well insulated to insure privacy of the users. New work will also require electrical work, vent and sprinklers relocation work, workstations reconfiguration, also install white noise into the ceiling for all the new area (see drawing attached Disconnect 9 power poles / Connect 3 power poles. Install about 6 conduit into the new walls (for data); Install about 12 new outlets into new walls; Paint of 2 columns; Patch and paint walls. Provide and install 2X cubies cabinet, all work is to be done as per Drawings & Spec’s.
