DescriptionA - Previous Addendum

Fuel system modifications for tenant generator; refer to specifications and drawings M-1 – M-3 for complete details and scope of work.

All individuals attending site must have current reliability status at time of project award to permit completion of required lab-specific training to allow working without an escort. If all required individuals (contractor & sub-contractors) aren’t able to complete lab training immediately upon project award, due to pending reliability status, contractor responsible for cost of commissionaire escort to facilitate completion of construction to meet substantial completion date of March 20 2020.
Power interruptions must be co-ordinated 2 weeks in advance of planned event with BGIS project manager & BGIS facility team to inform tenants to complete necessary preparations
Any odour causing chemicals to be utilized on-site must be pre-approved by lab community.
Any noisy, disruptive, odour generating, or work that requires a power shut down must be completed after regular business hours
