The work will be done after hours as requested by the Client.

The proposed work is to paint, put up wallpaper or panel office as noted. Hiring of commissionaires as part of the contract is required and must be included in the pricing.

Remove decals from the side windows in 5 rooms and replace with maple leaf decals. In reference to the paneling in the 2 boardrooms, this portion will need to be done in conjunction with the changing out of the monitors and camera therefore flexibility is required on the dates to complete this portion of the contract. The wall to the right when you enter the kitchen is to be painted with dry erase paint.
