The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work outlined in Attachment 04 – Specifications and Drawings.

The pricing should include all afterhours labour and materials for any disruptive work related to dust, noise, and/or any potential interruptions to tenants and/or building operations.
