Description

The contractor is required to supply new pump and butterfly type valves and the labour for plumber, electrician and welder to remove old pump and install new pump, re-insulate piping that will be removed to get new pump in.

Bidders should provide any variance to the specifications listed and whether the bid meets or exceeds.

The pipes have been investigated and it does not appear that the insulation contains any asbestos.

Contractor is not responsible for remediating for any asbestos.

Delivery of pump and substantial completion of work must be done by March 31, 2020.

1 year industry standard warranty applies.
