GOC2331385-NPP - HOC 5th Floor Demolition & Fit-Up

This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is an advisory to the industry for the upcoming two-stage RFPQ/ITT that BGIS will be issuing for a general contractor to provide construction services for the demolition and fit-up of the HOC 5th Floor at the C.D. Howe Building located at 240 Sparks Street.

The project scope includes but will not be limited to the demolition and fit-up of approximately 10,119 sq. Ft of office area inside the C.D. Howe building located at 240 Sparks Street, Ottawa ON – Canada. The project includes the creation of small team rooms, focus/collaboration areas, and revolutionized layout of office workstations.
