Replace the existing failed cooling coil located in AHU-2 on the roof of the Alvin Hamilton Building with a new coil of noted capacity. Per drawings and specifications also replace the existing hydronic piping and control valve. Contractor to ensure new control valve is integrated back into the building control system. Commissioning and testing as noted in the documents to be performed
