Description

Project Description: The scope of this project includes the modernization of passenger Elevators 1-3 and freight Elevator 4 in the main building, and passenger Elevator 5 in the lab building. The General Contractor (GC) is to complete the replacement of major components including control systems and pumping units with modern non-proprietary equivalents. The GC is to provide a “turnkey” modernization for a legal code compliant elevator installation in all respects.
