    1. Perform all work as per drawings M01 to M03 by Morrison Hershfield.
    2. Contractor to apply and pay for all applicable permits.
    3. Provide Operation and Maintenance manuals, 3 hard copies and 1 electronic copy, to include:
      • index, cover page and project information
      • letter of warranty
      • contact info for consultants and sub-contractors
      • all approved shop drawings
      • any maintenance sheets for the newly installed equipment / devices (if applicable)
      • testing results, start-up report, TSSA certification
      • as-built drawings stamped by the consultant
      • sequence of operation
    4. Hours of work: all work can be done during regular business hours.
