GOC2696561-CS - 17NT Security Upgrade- Level 2

The Main and Secondary Entrances, Emergency Exit Stairwell, Freight Elevator Door and Mailroom door of 17NT is required to be upgraded to Level II Security. Security requirement entails specific requirements of locks, hinges and door frames for these locations. Furthermore, Mechanical Consultant is required to design and implement separate cooling system for the Mailroom; whether mechanical stand alone with outside condenser or using chilled water for condenser.
