GOC887109 - 2 - DDC Upgrade

This project comprises of the replacement of the existing building automation system and card access system operator workstation with two separate new servers, server software, HVAC and Card access system EBI software, migration of databases and conversion of all related graphics as well as backup and transfer of all relevant system and software files required including controller program files.  In addition to these modifications to select system sequences of operation as described in Division 25 and provide controls hardware as needed.
Scope of work in Division 26 includes
The electrical scope of work is to be able to control the existing lighting panels through the EMCS system. These existing lighting panels are currently controlled through mechanical time clocks. Time clocks have to be replaced with starter devices and to be interconnected with the existing Honeywell EMCS.
In addition, the electrical scope of work is to be able to control the mechanical equipment such as unit heaters UH-410, UH-411, UH-412 and UH-413; the boiler itself through the EMCS system. The mechanical equipment is located in the Sewage Treatment Plant.
Installation of additional module and programming for the EMCS output shall be done by the controls contractor.
