2. Please sign the visit register log upon arrival
3. Respondents must confirm attendance at the Site Visit 24-hours in advance to Danny.Chaboyer@bgis.com
4. The number of attendees from each vendor should not be more than 2 people.
5. Any vendor who fails to pre-register should not be permitted to attend the site visit
6. Wearing COVID related PPE, i.e. Masks and/or gloves, are the responsibilities of the vendors. Masks are mandatory. Any participants who are not wearing masks, will not be permitted to participate
7. Social Distancing is in effect and should be practiced during the site visit
