Description

.1 Provide new air conditioning system to serve the IT LAN room as shown on the mechanical drawings.
.2 Integration of new air conditioning system serving IT LAN room into existing building automation system.
.3 Upgrade existing power services to serve new air conditioning system serving IT LAN room, as shown on electrical drawings.
.4 Removal of the existing roof mounted ERV-01 ventilation equipment.
.5 Repair roof after removal of existing roof mounted ERV-01 ventilation equipment.
.6 Removal of the ductwork and accessories associated with the decommissioned ERV-01 ventilation equipment as shown on the mechanical demolition drawings, and electrical drawings.
.7 Contract Method: Construct the work under a single fixed sum, Stipulated Price Contract.
.8 Owner's Occupancy: Work to be completed while owner remains in building and building use continues.
.9 The Mechanical Contractor shall be the Prime Contractor for this project. All trades required for this project that are not within the Prime Contractor’s capability to execute shall be sub-contracted to complete that portion of the Work for which they are qualified.
