    Proponents are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Alvaro.Hernandez@bgis.com before June 15, 2020 at 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

    A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit.

Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 30, Victoria, street, Gatineau, Québec. The distance of 2 meters will be required as well as the wearing of the mask (COVID-19 process).
