Scope of Work/Overview:
A complete replacement of the 2 building escalators located in the main lobby, between floors 1 and 2 that are past their life expectancy with similar more reliable, energy efficient and cost-effective models. This is complete with structural support, electrical wiring and minor modification of the sprinkler system in the undercarriage. Refer to included Plans and Specifications.
