Description

Work of this Contract comprises but not limited to the following:
Removal of part of exiting concrete dividing wall and deteriorated loading dock concrete/metal slab and provision of new replacement to the same. A brief description of scope of work is as follows:
.1   Obtain building permit with the City of Toronto including payment of all associated fees and charges.
.2   Demolition and removal of part of existing damaged concrete dividing wall.
.3   Demolition and removal of part of existing deteriorated loading dock slab            and affected sanitary drains.
.4   Provision of replacement of damaged concrete dividing wall.
.5   Provision of replacement of deteriorated loading dock concrete slab on new metal deck c/w affected drain catch basin and piping. Provide new traffic coating to the new dock slab.
.6   Associated temporary support and cutting, patching and painting.
.7   Provision of closeout documents, assembled in 1” or greater, 3 ring binders and one electronic copy provided on Memory Stick (or appropriate electronic media).

1. A MANDATORY Job Showing / site visit will be conducted on Feb 8, 2016, EST 10:00 AM SHARP.
2. Please allow yourselves 30 minutes to look for parking as site is in the downtown core. Please do not arrive late at the meeting. The group will leave on time to do the site walkthrough and if you are late, we will not be able to arrange for someone to pick you up from the lobby.
3. All bidders to sign the attendance sheet with Consultant as proof of site meeting attendance.
