  Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.  Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at 1 Haanel Road, Nepean.  Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com by June 18, at 2:00PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site
  Photo ID is required, individual attending must have safety boots or safety shoes, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, face mask.  Must hold NRCAN reliability clearance.

  Proponents are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.
  BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
  A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
