Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
In general, work under this contract consist of:
The removal of a 7.5-ton nominal cooling capacity York Roof Top Unit (RTU), associated inline electric duct heaters, and other indicated components of the existing HVAC system serving the CORCAN office space. A new VRF system a DOAS unit will be installed to provide cooling and partial heating to the space. This includes connecting the new HVAC equipment to the buildings BAS system. Structural reinforcing of existing open web steel joists are required in areas where new equipment will be placed.
