Description

Replace stone ballasted EPDM membrane system with a 2ply modified, torch on, bituminous membrane with granulated cap sheet over 2 ply fiberboard underlay over sloped poly-isocyanurate insulation system ( average R value 25 ) over 2 ply vapor barrier, all mopped together to ensure wind uplift resistance to FM Class 1-90. Note: still provide concrete pavers at high roof corners.
