Proponents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.4 of the RFQ Document. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Maintenance Team Member, Erwin Rossol at the front entrance of 615 Booth Street.

Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to the Procurement Specialist, Luke Kenny, at Luke.Kenny@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 2.4 of the RFQ Document to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
