GOC375691-CT2-RFPQ - Ceiling Tile Replacement (REVISED)

Project Scope: Demolish and legally dispose of existing suspended ceiling system, including 5’ x 5’ composite tiles and suspension grid in the Atrium and Cafeteria space, some of which are located at a height s 20m. Remove existing ceiling lighting and legally dispose of. Remove existing speakers, motion sensors and protect during construction; to be reinstalled in new ceiling tiles. Supply and install new T-bar suspension ceiling grid complete with new acoustic ceiling tiles as specified on drawings and in specifications. Supply and install new LED ceiling light fixtures and reinstall speakers and motion sensors. Modify existing sprinkler heads, if required, to suit new ceiling height and layout
