GOC432524-YOU-RFQ - Contractor-Carpet Purchase and Delivery (DDP) to Storage

To provide pricing for 25,300 m2 carpet tile, per attached specifications, and delivery (DDP) to storage room on level B2 of 55 Bay Street, Hamilton, ON.   Provide lump sum plus a unit price per m2 in case the total carpet m2 required needs to be adjusted up or down.
Carpet must be delivered to site, unloaded and turned over to the Brookfield GIS Property Manager prior to March 31, 2016.
Provide all manpower and required equipment (there is no fork lift available on site) to unload the carpet from the trucks and relocate it to the storage area on level B2 in the building.  There is a freight elevator that will accommodate an electrical pallet truck for relocation of the skids of carpet.  There are no door width restrictions for standard sized skids in the path from the loading dock to the storage area.  Contractor to verify all logistic information and site conditions.
